Shipping Rates

We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders, but if you decide to return your item(s), the return shipping costs are on your own.

Countries & Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is between 10-15 business days. Due to the ongoing impact of current world events, we currently only ship to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • Italy
  • Germany
  • France
  • Spain
  • Mexico
  • Singapore

*We are catching up on restoring shipping service to more regions. 

 

Shipment Schedule

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once processed, the parcel will be dispatched to carriers. It would take 15-18 days to your address. If your parcel is shown "lost" or "missing", please contact our customer service immediately.

Wrong Information

If you have left a wrong shipping address, name, or contact information, please contact our customer service at info@waveyewear.com within 2 hours after you complete payment.

*Please kindly note that we are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

Customs Duty & Tariff

Policies on duties and tariffs differ in different countries. It is the customers' responsibility to pay the required taxes and fees of your local government.

The price on our website does not include customs duty and tariffs. Please note that these charges are paid to your local carrier or government, and are not charged by moody. Thus, they cannot be refunded.

Returns & Replacements 

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been processed, you can cancel the order within 2 hours after completing payment via email to our customer service at info@waveyewear.com, with your order number, contact info, and reasons to cancel.

We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 10 business days.

Returns & Replacements

If your order has been processed, we provide return and replacement service under the following conditions:

  • Contact our customer service about return or replacement within 30 days upon receiving the package and we will provide a return address to you. We do not provide return & replacement service over 30 days.
  • The returned or replacement items need to be in original condition and no signs of use. We do not accept items that are damaged.
  • Follow our customer service team’s instruction and mail back the returning item(s).
  • Upon receiving, we need to check the returned items' condition. If it meets the above requirements, we will replace a new item or process a refund within 10 business days.

    *We only provide one-time replacement for every order.

    Return Cost

    Original shipping cost and possible customs duty & tariff associated with the order are not refundable.

    It is the customers' responsibility to cover the return/replacement shipping cost to our U.S warehouse.
